The ruin of Angkor Watt reflects the ruin of Cambodia during the war..

When I worked with WV Cambodia in 1995 I had a chance to travel to the famous temple called Angkor Watt in Siem Riep province. Actually it was not a safe place at that time because the Khmer Rouge still occupied some area of this site. However, me and my american friend Jim went there to see the remain of this great Cambodian Kingdom, Jayavarman. The great architecture of the past was destroyed by war and a lot of unstructure building scattered. It was like the people torn by the civil war.

I had an interesting experience. When I flied with Russian airplane from Pochentong airport. As soon as the airplane switched on the aircon slowly the cabin was full of fogging or smoke. That smoke was actually the air condition of the plane. Me and Jim just smiled.
