The way people eat, speak, think, live, and work is different. Look..! the way they build their houses. Don't you think they are matched with the nature? What a local wisdom!
In remote places like Wamena there are a lot of new things to learn. An outsider like me must be able to adjust with local culture. I need to show my genuine respect to their culture as an entry point before engaging with the work.
