I am encouraged with the work of field staff

My friends in Central Sulawesi were eager to meet with any staff from Jakarta Office. Ferry and I were conducting a supervisory visit to a CD project in Palu. As we learnt from them we feel embarassed because the field workers often work extremely hard.
